Central and Eastern Yemen, June 2020Flooding struck central and eastern parts of Yemen after heavy rain from around 02 June. As of 04 June, the governorates of Hadhramaut, Shabwa and Al Mahrah were reported to be worst affected, in particular Hadhramaut where a state of emergency was declared for Brom Mayfa and Hajr districts.
